Adam Redmond - Director of Hockey Operations

Born in Montreal, Adam and his family moved to Calgary at age four.  Adam played his entire minor hockey career in Calgary, before moving on to Junior Hockey with the Fort McMurray Oil Barons in the AJHL. After four years with the Oil Barons, Adam was the franchise’s all-time leading scorer. Adam then went on to play for the University of New Brunswick, where he played in two CIS National Championships.

After university, Adam played professional hockey with the Indianapolis Ice of the IHL before returning to Calgary to begin his coaching career.

Adam currently is in his 1st year as the Head Coach/GM  of the Olds Grizzlys in the AJHL. Previously, Adam coached the Calgary Buffaloes Midget AAA team. He was also an assistant coach with the Calgary Canucks and  Olds Grizzlies of the AJHL, and the Head Coach of the Bantam "AAA" NWCAA Bronks where he won Coach of the Year.

Before joining Skillz SSC, Adam worked as a professional hockey instructor with NSD for six years.

Adam currently lives in Chestermere with his wife Janice, daughter Lily, and son Ryan.
